To maintain the normal operating order of the PXES Online Member Store, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all members, and create a fair, standardized, and trustworthy consumption environment, these rules are formulated in accordance with the PXES operating guidelines. All members must strictly comply when making purchases or conducting related activities in the store.
Membership Star Levels and Commodity Discount Rules
- In the Online Member Store, product discounts are directly tied to membership star levels, implementing a differentiated preferential system. The higher the membership star level, the greater the discount members can enjoy, resulting in lower actual purchase prices. This mechanism serves to reward high‑level members for their support and contributions.
- Membership star levels are uniformly evaluated and adjusted by PXES in accordance with relevant standards. The discount standards will be simultaneously published on commodity pages. Each member may check their own star level and corresponding discount entitlements in the Activity Center. The final right of interpretation of the discount rules rests with the PXES Member Store.
- Membership discount entitlements are strictly limited to the member of the corresponding star level and may not be transferred or borrowed. Upon any adjustment of membership star levels, the discount standards will be updated immediately.

Order Payment and Commodity Delivery Rules
- Once a member selects a product in the PXES Online Member Store and completes payment, the transaction shall be deemed effective. Immediately after successful payment, please send the purchase record to your market manager and accurately provide the recipient’s name, contact number, and detailed delivery address to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the delivery information.
- The delivery cycle of the purchased commodity is calculated from the date you submit valid delivery information to your market manager. Under normal circumstances, the commodity will be delivered to your designated address within 15 working days. In the event of force majeure, logistics control, or other special situations, any delay in delivery will be separately notified. The company will actively coordinate and handle the matter to ensure safe delivery of the commodity.
- Please ensure that the delivery information provided is genuine, accurate, and valid. If the commodity cannot be delivered or is lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid contact details, the member shall bear the corresponding responsibility. Upon delivery, please verify the commodity information on the spot and sign for receipt only after confirming its accuracy.
- After successfully paying for online orders at PXES Member Store, PXES members may choose in-store pickup. Members shall contact their marketing managers. The managers will promptly coordinate with corresponding offline PXES member stores. Then inform members of the exact pickup time and location. Upon receiving the notification, members can visit the nearest offline PXES member store with valid purchase documents. Goods can be collected after verification of the documents.
