The purpose of the Team Points Reward System for Work Groups is to help members continuously increase their income at PXES. Throughout team development, the crucial role of face-to-face communication has been consistently emphasised.
Face-to-face interaction not only allows invited members to more intuitively understand the company’s operating model and development opportunities, but also builds deeper trust, helping the team grow faster.
Team Points Reward System For Work Groups
To better support team development, the company has approved a special work group activity slot and opportunity. Through this activity, everyone can not only clearly see their progress within the team, but also receive additional rewards and support from the company.
To further incentivize team development, the work group is hereby announcing a points reward system:
Points Acquisition Rules
- Invited intern member upgraded to 1-star member: 1 point
- Invited intern member upgraded to 2-star member: 3 points
- Invited intern member upgraded to 3-star member: 7 points
Ranking Rewards
- First Place: ₦50,000 points, minimum score of 25 points required
- Second Place: ₦20,000 points, minimum score of 18 points required
- Third Place: ₦10,000 points, minimum score of 10 points required.

Additional Rewards
Earn 8 points or more to receive an additional ₦3,000 (no limit on the number of recipients).
Points are not only a basis for rewards but also an important standard for measuring team contributions.
The company encourages all members to actively invite interns to upgrade to full members to help the company fulfil more order demands. We hope all full members will strive for higher points and recognition, jointly promoting the team’s growth and development.

The points leaderboard will be released in the work group at 9 PM to ensure fairness and transparency. All rewards will be distributed after the event concludes.
We hope that every participant will actively participate in this points-based activity. Through the points-based reward mechanism, the company will showcase the efforts and achievements of each member in a more transparent and fair manner, allowing everyone to clearly see their contribution and ranking within the team.
The qualifiers will begin at 12:00 AM on June 2nd, 2026 and end at 11:59 PM on June 7th, 2026.
Through this exclusive event, each registered member can not only receive referral rewards, daily order management fees, and company event rewards, but also redeem exclusive group cash rewards based on accumulated points at the end of this week.
