• Academic Positions

Professor, Associate Professor/Reader, Senior Lecturer, Lecturer I, Lecturer II, Assistant Lecturer, Graduate Assistant

• Technical Positions

Chief Technologist, Senior Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Technologist I, Technologist II, Medical Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Superintendent, Laboratory Assistant.

Note: Multiple roles are available across all Colleges and Departments.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Positions

1. Deliver lectures and facilitate quality teaching and learning
2. Conduct research, publish in reputable journals, and engage in community service
3. Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students
4. Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities.

Technical Positions

1. Support laboratory, clinical, and technical operations
2. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure safety standards
3. Provide technical assistance during teaching, research, and practical sessions
4. Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Application Requirements

Academic Positions

1. Qualifications must meet the standards of the National Universities Commission, NUC, and relevant professional bodies
2. Relevant postgraduate qualifications are required
3. Professional registration or license where applicable
4. Evidence of teaching, research, or laboratory experience will be an added advantage
5. MBBS degree is an added advantage for positions in the Medicine and Surgery programme.

Technical Positions

1. Relevant academic and professional qualifications
2. Professional registration certificates where applicable
3. Proven technical or laboratory experience will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Work Structure

Salary: Highly competitive, in line with the Nigerian University System salary structure
Work Mode: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available.
